Attaching the iPhone for PushupFu/PullupFu

Attach the iPhone to the inside of your arm

To record your motion properly, you must attach the device to the inside of your upper arm. The Home button should be closest to your body, and the top of the device closest to your hands.

If you are having problems with the motion detection, please review the pictures and directions carefully.

A common mistake is to place the device on the top of your bicep. In this position the motion is often too wobbly so it might record your pushups incorrectly.

Make sure the device is parallel to your upper arm and fixed firmly.

Don't place the iPhone on the top of your bicep

Attaching the iPhone for SquatFu

Make sure the iPhone moves with your leg

To record your motion properly, the top of the device should be pointing towards your feet. The device must move with your upper leg (your thigh). You can strap it to your leg, but putting it in a front or back pocket sometimes works too.

If you are having problems with the motion detection, please review the pictures and directions carefully.

Attaching the iPhone for CrunchFu

CrunchFu doesn’t need a strap – you hold it to your chest.

You may find it useful to hold the device in different ways – whichever method you choose, make sure it moves with your chest and the Home button is closest to your neck.
