Correct Range for PushupFu

You should start with your arms almost fully straight, and lower yourself slowly until you are about one hand’s width from the floor. If your range is too short, PushupFu will say "Half" and you will have to do that rep again.

NOTE: whilst many people do pushups with their palms flat, we recommend you use either pushup grips or do them on your knuckles (on a soft surface). Doing pushups this way will put less pressure on your wrists.

Correct Range for SquatFu

Do the full range of movement

You should start with your legs fully straight, and lower yourself slowly until your thighs are a bit below the parallel point. If your range is too short, SquatFu will say "Half" and you will have to do that rep again.

Correct Range for CrunchFu

Start with your back flat on the floor and lift your chest up about 30 degrees. If your range is too short, CrunchFu will say "Half" and you will have to do that rep again

Do the full range of movement

You should start with your arms almost fully straight, and raise yourself slowly until your chin is above the bar (or above your hands if it’s a curved bar). If your range is too short, PullupFu will say "Half" and you will have to do that rep again.
